Responsibilities

• Managed, supervised and review all works done by the finance and accounts team.

Job Description

• Clarify the assigned design project scope, including its goals, requirements, and expectations
• Explore possible scenarios a user may embark on and make the whole experience make sense
• Identify good copy that shapes interactions between user and product by seeking an understanding of the entire product design and development process by collaborating with fellow designers and stakeholders
• Create UI copy featured on the product that guides the user when navigating their way around our digital products, services, and functions within the platform to help them complete the task at hand
• Test designed copy solution with solution validation activity that meets with design spec and ready to implement in the intended platform when necessary

Requirements

• Between 3 years overall work experience as a hands-on Writer in the industry (education background could range from Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing & Communication, or any other relevant disciplines; or Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Design, or another related field, with equivalent practical design experience)
• A portfolio that showcases copywriting craft (and its application of copywriting principles) with some level of understanding of the Human-Centered Design methodology (along with its methods and tools), willingness to learn and iterate, and passionate about design and storytelling
• Experience working with web or mobile-based products and services, and producing copies for digital product and/or content and/or marketing communications
• Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English communications (both verbal and written)
• A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in managing overall marketing campaign for one or more products.
• Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, GDS, etc.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop design standards and requirements
• Stay up to date & receive training on design application changes and industry developments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, Illustrator or similar role
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant qualification
• Portfolio highlighting related works (e.g. logos, illustration, animation and graphic layout)
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)
• Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms (e.g. desktop and mobile)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Has ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rational with different stakeholders and to build good working relationships
• Able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience working in branding, marketing and/or art direction is highly recommended
• Knowledge of UX/UI Design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid

Ticketing & Travel Executive

Job Description:

• Provide professional and timely response and advice on travel inquiries on business and holiday packages to major destinations worldwide.
• Build Sales Lead, Prepare Sales Quotation and Sales Closing.
• Proficiency to handle reservation, offer best available contract or corporate rates for business bookings including Flight, Hotel, Accommodation, Transfers, Car Rental, etc
• Willing to learn and adopt the usage of in-house technology platform
• Sales invoicing and raising of Exchange Orders on a daily basis
• Handle visa applications and purchase of travel insurance by clients

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum of three (03) years of experience in travel and tour related industry
• Proficient in GDS (Global Distribution System) preferably in Sabre
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written).
• Possess a pleasant personality and soft skills.
• Any previous experience in working with a TMC or managing corporate accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Website Content (Upload blog entries, upload articles, create new pages, upload videos, images and any other media)
• Manage the website Content Management System (CMS)
• Produce maps and visualisations of the site to help visitors understand the structure and function of the website
• Source, commission, edit and upload images and videos and other graphical elements
• Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with your site
• Occasionally update HTML, CSS and JavaScript on your site
• Work closely with the product team to manage the products on the website
• Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless operations of the website
• Report on the website performance, visitors and other related statistics on a continues basis to the relevant stakeholders

Background:

• Preferably Multimedia, Computer Science, Software Engineering
