Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city, business and financial hub of Vietnam. Also known as Saigon, it has a prominent history going back hundreds of years. There are plenty of museums showcasing the country's dark wartime history and classic colonial architecture built by former French rulers.
While Phan Thiet and Mui Ne are among the busiest coastal towns in Vietnam, both remain relatively untouched by urban development. The most famous attractions here are the Red and White Sand Dunes, where travellers can enjoy a fun-filled day of riding ATVs or sliding down the slopes on rickety sledges. With that being said, there’s more to this town than the extraordinary desert plains, so we’ve compiled a list of Phan Thiet and Mui Ne’s most popular attractions
